You need to be strong. Every time you fall, take it in a positive way. Manage your stress and pressure well. Prioritise what you need to do. In many ways, our mental health is more important than our physical health. If you are mentally weak, that will pull you down.

Is up to each individual and his or her own faith. It's what you believe in from a young age, your parents' influence and also what you have encountered in your life. For me, I believe in the harmony of one's body , soul, and mind. Invest in your soul, for example through meditation. As I am a Buddhist, I go to the monastery, listen the Dharma, talk to the holy monks and follow the Buddha teachings. The Buddha give me wisdom and direction in life. Religion brings us calmness an peace of mind. At times physical strength is not enough, you need some power in your spiritual life. I want to be a better person and faith help me direct me down this path.

Germany Zoo stage thriller white stork in attacking and devouring the Hares. According to the Germany

How Hilarious For A Woman Before And After Her Makeup?

A truly sensational video clip of a South Korean woman demonstrated how hilarious transformation from a beauty turn into a spooky yet scary looked.

What stumped most viewers was not her before and after complexion, but the extreme difference between her left and right eye once the make-up came off.

But, a make up artist TODAY spoke with said achieving that effect is possible with a skilled hand.

Viewers’ reactions though have been mixed, with some who praise the woman as a talented makeup artist and others who criticised her for too much heavy-handedness in her makeup, which has left her looking like a different person.

One viewer commented: “It’s disgusting how much makeup some women use. Sorry, but I don’t find it attractive.”

Another viewer commented: “Korean and Japanese women are insane with their makeup skills, they can look very plain with no makeup and look like the most beautiful woman in the world with makeup, they are true artists."

Orchard owner continue reconnaissance of the stairs found a strange animal that has horns and a long mustache was attacking a rabbit.

As the anxious, he kept taking the gun and release the auto 8 shots cause the odd animal fell to the floor. After ensuring that the animals really had died, he then told the reporters that, "I do not think that the animal is a white dragon. He was very aghast find it is a dragon-like fluffy white rabbit fur. He told reporters that, "I do not think that the animal is a white dragon. It surprised me," because according to Chinese belief, when a dragon entering the house will bring good luck and horns can fetch millions of dollars.

However, he did not intend to sell any part of the body of the animal magic to any party and will preserve the dead animals for public consumption. As the news went viral, the villagers have reported the rare incident to the wildlife department, A teams of wildlife officers had arrived to the scene, and later had discovered that the white dragon had indeed been a hoaxed, but no one knew exactly what was the sinner’s motive behind.
